Ý kiến chuyên gia
Earlier today, several firms reported a wave of automated calls claiming a map‑flag issue and prompting a press‑1 verification. The script hangs up as soon as you respond, typical of robocall spam that masks its origin. Block the number through your carrier or a third‑party app, and register your line with the national Do‑Not‑Call list. Verify any alleged alerts directly with the legitimate service provider—never share credentials over a recorded line. Keep a log of call timestamps and share them with anti‑spam coalitions to help trace spoofed sources. Stay vigilant and educate staff to dismiss unsolicited verification prompts.
