This call was clearly a robocall, best to ignore it

?Ever notice how calls from a spoofed "Holden, MA" number keep pretending to be Eversource Energy and promise bogus discounts? Those spoofed outbound lines are classic robocalls that rely on urgency and unfamiliar caller IDs. The safest move is to never press any keys or give personal info—legitimate utilities will never request payment details over a cold call. Register the number with your carrier’s block list, file a complaint with the FTC, and consider a third‑party call‑filtering app. If you’re unsure, hang up and call the official Eversource customer service line you find on your bill. Stay vigilant and block aggressively.

Eversource impersonators are at it again, attempting to deceive with their tired scam tactics.
I'm experiencing the same issue, with calls from Holden and no messages left
As a disabled person trying to get informaton from my Dr, I have been using caller ID on my TV and answring machine, but I didnt recieve any message or nothing
didnt recognize the #-didnt answer and no mesage was left
Typical telemarketing tactic
I actually meant to say I have been to 98 diferent cities and towns
I serched this number on People Looker, and it says ther are 98 reports for John Hughs in diffrent states, i blocked this number, but im shure they have alot more numbers
The caller from this number exhibits utterly unacceptable behavior.

The call started with 001, suggesting an international call without a CID, and no message was left, which led to me not answering.
It's really frustrationg that nothing is being done about these spoofed caller's.
Daily calls from this number have become a nuisance, and since I'm unfamiliar with anyone in Holden, MA, I've taken to blocking my caller ID to investigate, only to be met with a busy signal; it's exasperating that more isn't being done about these spoofed calls

This entity is once again engaging in fraudulent activities, this time by pretending to represent an electric company, specifically Eversource

The caller ID displays 'Holden, MA,' and it's a robocall scam supposedly from Eversource, though it has no connection to the actual energy company.

It's worth noting that I received one of these calls today, which is quite surprising given the time that has passed since the last one.
