رأي الخبراء
Hardly anyone expects a bank to sound like a robot, yet the 416‑941‑0416 line repeatedly pretends to be RBC staff asking for personal data. These calls are classic phishing scams that masquerade as identity protection offers. Never share your name, email, or account details unless you initiate contact through the official RBC website or phone line. Hang up immediately if the caller can’t verify their identity, and use call‑blocking tools to stop repeat attempts. Report the number to the Canadian Anti‑Fraud Centre and consider placing a note on your account about the fraudulent outreach. Staying skeptical and confirming through trusted channels keeps your finances safe.

Lady called, said she's from RBC, asked to verify identiy. We were checking her number online while she was talking, told her we weren't giving out any info, and she cancelled the call.
