Expert Opinion

Like a chameleon slipping through a vacation rental listing, this caller morphs identities to lure hosts into fraudulent deals. The pattern shows repeated use of the same Detroit area number with different aliases—Greg Wilson, Scott Wilson, John Craig, Joseph Parker—and a consistent script: promise of a check, request to move funds off‑platform, and a push for quick payment via PayPal or Western Union. Stay vigilant: verify any check with your bank before cashing, never wire money to unknown parties, and keep all communications on the rental platform. If a renter pressures you to bypass official channels, treat it as a red flag and report the incident to the site and local authorities.

Given that this is a phone number lookup site, it's puzzling why some individuals have posted in this thread, as it doesn't seem related to the person in question.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★

This number is asociated with a Vacation Rental Scammer, who contacts Hosts/Owners through VRBO or other methods, and tries to get them to acept a booking off the platform, if you do that, they send a fake Cashier Check for more than the amount and expects you to cash it, then send the extra back to them via PayPal or Western Union or wire transfer, so they can 'complete the trip', the fake check will cash but later bounce after you've sent them the 'extra'.
