Frequentely, i recieve automated messages from this number, occuring at inconvenient hours such as 4 AM or 9 PM, claiming to be a survey from the Univeristy of Chicago, and i've had enought, so i left a mesage stating my cell number and demmanding they identifiy themselves or face repoting
The caller ID said NORC U Chicago, but i didnt answer becuase i didnt know who it was, they didnt leave a message, it's a shame becuase public opinion surveys can be usefull.
A simple solution to these calls is to use a call blocker.
This number calls me every day, and when I anser, they just hang up, and dont leave a message, its really frustrating, and I need to find a way to block it
