Earlier today, a call from +12069220880 showed up as Amazon Customer Service. The pattern in the comments points to a requested callback rather than a random spam blast, but scammers often masquerade as reputable brands. Verify the call by checking your Amazon order history or the app’s “Contact Us” section before sharing any details. If you didn’t request a callback, let the call go to voicemail and report the number to Amazon’s support page. Use a call‑blocking app for numbers that repeatedly ring without answer, and keep your account passwords and payment info offline. When in doubt, hang up and initiate contact through the official website.

Amazon Customer Service
After requesting a call from Amazon, I received two calls, one from this caller ID and another from an 888 number
During a chat conversation about replacing a broken item, I provided product information and was asked to pay for shipping using my credit card, but unfortunately, I didn't receive the promised email and was disconnected after calling back.
They claimed that somone had attempted to use my Amzon account, which was a concering notification.
An agent from Amazon informed me that all official Amazon customer service numbers have the area code 866, not 206, which helped me identify a potential scam.
This number has been identified as a scam, falsely representing itself as Amazon
Expecting a call back from Amazon customer service regarding a chat on their website, I received a recording instead, which sounded like a scripted, unrelated message.
The call was brief, lasting only 7 seconds, and no message was left.

A call purportedly from Amazon Customer Service asked for my name, but when I contacted Amazon, they had no record of it, leading me to suspect it's a spoofed number and a potential scam
The voicemail left was extremly choppy, I had to listin to it severl times to understand, finaly I googled the number.
