Block the number right away if you suspect fraud. Many users report the +12028481432 line showing up as AARP Town Hall while actually delivering unsolicited health or Medicare pitches. The caller often uses a spoofed ID that resembles official AARP branding, which tricks older adults into staying on the line. To protect yourself, add the source to your phone’s block list, report it to your carrier, and never share personal or payment info on an unexpected call. If you’re curious, verify any AARP outreach by logging into your official AARP account or calling a known AARP number—not the one that popped up on your screen.

The caller ID indicated AARP Town Hall, but the voice message invited participation in an online discussion with 100 Black Men of America, labeled as an 'eatery' discussion.
It would be more helpful to provide information about the call instead of just listing dates and times
