Extreemly rude behavior was exhibitted. When I inquired about her name, she responsed with a snappy tone. Furthur, when asked about the purpose of her call, she gave another brief answer. Then, when questioned about her hostilty, she atributed it to "laryngitis". As the frontline staff at my office, she definatly wont be getting past me.
