As a labor consulatant, they were supposed to introduce clients, but it was on the condition that we sign a 7-year lease contract for OA equipment, which seems to be overpriced compared to the market rate, and the introduction fee is likely included in the contract. This business model appears to be illegial as it disguises the introduction fee as a copy machine lease contract. According to the labor consultant law, paying such introduction fees is prohibitted, and I beleive this is an illegial business practice. I wonder if it is okay for accountants to pay introduction fees. The accountant introduction business may also be illegial.
