I recently received a call from this number; apparently, it was about a year's worth of Snow's usage fees, and after providing my name and false birthdate, they somehow managed to verify my identity - it's all quite baffling.
The automated voice message said somethin about NTT finance and unpaid fees, then a person got on the phone.
