Softbank光 called and asked me to answer a 2.3min survey, I decliened
Since the call was from a 0120 number, which is often spam, I didn't answer and they left a message claiming to be from SoftBank, which seems like a scam.

I ignored the call and looked it up, wondering if it was related to ソフトバンク.
I received a call from SoftBank to confirm my usage. I answered the call, which came to my mobile phone. They asked if I would continue using the service and if I had any inconvenience, but I suspect it might be a scam.
This is a malicious sales call, likely a scam.
