Думка експерта
Looks like a classic robocall masquerading as a payment reminder from a fake "Gem" service. The script repeats a vague arrears warning, then forces a press‑one interaction that harvests data or drops you into a cost trap. Block the number, silence unknown callers, and never press any keys. If a voicemail pops up, let it go to voicemail and delete it—no response is needed. Use your carrier’s spam‑filter tools and report the number to relevant consumer protection agencies. Stay skeptical of any unsolicited bill‑related chatter, especially when it comes with a robotic voice.
