This caller is genuinely from an alarm monitoring company and is not attempting to scam
The Alarm Receiving Company called but only rang once before disconnecting.
An automated call claimed to be from our monitoring service. No helpful details were provided, just choices to accept or decline the call, and by the time I turned the light on, all I caught was "... the call will now end." Our monitoring company doesn't use them. It traced back to Custodian.
I recieved a call from alarm monitoring at 3.30 am saying my alarm had activated, the thing is I dont know how they got my number as I am not on any key holders list?
