Terrible experience with nPower's customer service
Scam or legit? Spotting fake nPower calls - +44 800 883 8939 (0800 883 8939)

Názor odborníka
Block the number straight away if you suspect it isn’t an official nPower line. These calls often masquerade as call centre outreach, pressure you for payment and use vague security questions – classic signs of a scam. Never share personal or banking details over an unsolicited call; instead, hang up and contact nPower using the number on your bill or their verified website. If a voicemail mentions an overdue bill you don’t recognise, treat it as suspicious and delete it. Keep a log of call times and share it with the provider’s fraud team, and consider adding the number to your phone’s blacklist.
