Late last night, a call from +448004790758 may have introduced itself as Sky insurance, trying to sell you a Sky Protect policy. The script typically mentions a supposed anniversary, asks for account numbers, sort codes, or security answers, and pushes a quick sign‑up. Never share personal info or payment details with unsolicited callers, especially when they claim urgency. Hang up, add the number to your phone’s block list, and consider a call‑blocking app. Verify any offers directly with Sky’s official customer service before acting. If the calls persist, file a complaint with the communications regulator and your phone provider to help curb the telemarketing source. Finally, keep a record of the caller ID and timestamps for any future report.
My wife answered and informed him she was aware of all her services, prompting him to hang up immediately!
Rang multiple times before finally speaking, but they sounded just like a Dalek. After seeing other reviews, I’ve decided to block them as it seems to be an insurance sales call.

This number is unknown, my phone never rang, it just went straight to voicemail
The caller asked many personal questions, like 'Who are you?' and 'Where do you live?'. He claimed to be from Sky, but I don't trust him. He seemed to target elderly people to sell insurance. I wouldn't share any personal info. If you're a Sky customer, they should already have your details.
A polite person claimed to be from Sky. When we expressed dissatisfaction, he simply said "than you" and disconnected. Clearly, he didn't care about our concerns.

Initially, the conversation seemed to be about Sky Q products, but it eventually became apparent that the call was actually from Legal and General regarding appliance protection, requiring me to firmly decline their offer and question whether my refusal was acknowledged.
A caller claiming to be from Sky contacted me, but provided incorrect information, including my name, and requested confirmation of my full name and address, which I refused, leading them to offer to confirm my Sky account number, before ending the call when I declined.

During the call, a male with a distinct english accent claimed to be a representive of SKY, discussing my account, he became pushy and refused to back down even when I stated I would not discus it over the phone, eventually I had to end the call.
