This number is associated with Smile Bank, also known as Co-operative Bank.
Upon investigation, it became clear they were supposely calling from the co-op bank fraud team about suspicious transactions, although I didnt trust the number as it was one digit different from the standard co-op number, they got quite agressive when I told them I would ring back on the co-op number I knew

Although this number is used by Co-Op Bank, it is essential to verify the caller's identity, as scammers can spoof legitimate numbers; if you receive a call from your bank, hang up, wait for the line to clear, and then contact your bank using the number on the back of your card to ensure your safety.
This number claimed to be the Co-op bank investigating fraud, but they didnt provide any details of the account, seems like a scam to me, originally they told me to ring back on 08006403193 but when i did, the recorded message said Nat West Bank.
