Ekspertvurdering
Beware of unsolicited calls claiming a recent car accident – they’re almost always a ruse. Callers frequently pose as representatives from Sigma and ask for details about an alleged crash, even when you own no vehicle. Such scam tactics rely on urgency and the promise of compensation to pressure you into sharing personal data or paying fees. Hang up immediately, block the number and report it to the Telephone Preference Service. Never reveal banking information, and if in doubt, verify the company through official channels before taking any action. Keeping a record of the call can aid future investigations.
