Мнение эксперта
Repeated complaints highlight a pattern of unsolicited calls claiming the recipient was involved in a car accident, often accompanied by aggressive sales pitches or fake claim offers, a clear form of spam and harassment. Callers frequently use AI‑driven scripts, switch numbers and invoke “ambulance chaser” tactics to pressure victims into sharing personal details. The best defence is to let the call go to voicemail, block the number and report it to the relevant telecom regulator. Never disclose banking or identity information, and consider adding the number to a call‑blocking service. If you suspect fraud, forward the details to Action Fraud for investigation.
