Ekspertvurdering

Clearly, the number is being used for persistent PPI‑claim scams, repeatedly ringing without delivering a message and hanging up almost instantly. Callers adopt a harrying pattern, often presenting themselves as a claims department before abruptly ending the call. This behaviour matches typical spam or scam tactics aimed at extracting personal details or simply irritating recipients. The safest response is to let the call go to voicemail, avoid engaging, and add the number to your phone’s block list or request carrier‑level filtering. If any information is inadvertently disclosed, monitor accounts for unauthorised activity and report the incident to the relevant consumer protection agency.
