专家点评
This morning, a wave of complaints highlighted relentless cold‑calls from a kitchen and windows sales outfit tied to the +44 191 917 5598 number. Callers repeatedly target recent buyers, often after the purchase is complete, breaching the UK’s Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. Recipients should register the number on the Telephone Preference Service, use call‑blocking features on their handset, and report persistent breaches to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Keep records of call times and content, as evidence can support enforcement action. Blocking the number and opting out of further marketing are the quickest ways to regain peace of mind.
