専門家の見解
The number +41438989233 appears to be a mix of legitimate BT calls and potential scams, often masquerading as BT representatives. Many users report pushy and suspicious behaviour, such as requests for personal information, including bank details and verification codes. Some calls are simply nuisance calls that ring and hang up, while others are persistent and harassing. If you receive a call from this number, be cautious and verify the caller's identity by hanging up and calling BT directly. Never share sensitive information over the phone unless you are certain of the caller's authenticity. It’s also wise to block the number if you suspect it’s a scam.

Received calls on both landline and mobile.
Repeated calls to my landline from this number, which then immediately hangs up, have been a nuisance, possibly related to changes in the BT/EE network in the Stevenage area

This scam caller persistently dials every day. Disregard claims of it being a legitimate BT number; I'm not even a BT customer and still receive daily calls.

Silent Call
The caller immediately ended the call after I answered.
Despite others' concerns, my experience with this company was positive, resulting in a £3 discount on my BT bill.
Rather than jumping to conclusions, it's advisable to look up the number on BT or visit bt.com/partners. The authenticity of the number is clearly stated there. We reach out if you have 6 months remaining on your contract or if full fiber is available in your location. A one-time PIN is requested to comply with legal requirements to verify we are speaking with the account holder. Some people, however, respond rudely without trust. BT employees are not compensated to deal with rudeness while they attempt to assist you. Once more, bt.com/partners displays the number clearly.
