Although likely legitimate, this Enterprise number was unfamiliar compared to the one I had previously contacted. They called early Saturday, asking to finalise documents by requesting my address and vehicle registration, which felt slightly unsettling.

Ý kiến chuyên gia
It seems +441252539020 is a number associated with Enterprise, a well-known car rental and car club service. Most users report legitimate interactions, such as confirming membership details, updating on vehicle repairs, or following up on insurance claims. However, a few accounts describe odd or aggressive calls, often from individuals demanding personal information or details about car repairs, which can be off-putting and suspicious. Some users have even flagged these calls as potential scams, especially when the caller's requests seem out of the ordinary or overly intrusive. If you receive a call from this number, verify the caller's identity by calling Enterprise's official customer service line. Be cautious with personal information and hang up if the call feels off. Better safe than sorry.

Initially believed the call was legitimate as I'm renting a car from Enterprise due to an accident. However, it turned out to be a different department demanding unnecessary details about my car repairs. The caller couldn't justify the need for this information, so I ended the call.
Received a genuine call from Enterprise car rental services.

Silent Call
The call was brief, ringing only once before hanging up
A company claiming to check if my car repair was complete called. I've never had an accident or had my car repaired. They asked me to call back on 0345 6004801.
The caller was from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
This is likely from Enterprise regarding a Car Club application, but upon calling back, an impolite individual assumed I should know it's a different number for Car Club. Frustrating

Despite some negative comments, I can confirm this number is genuine, belonging to Enterprise, who were trying to contact my wife regarding her courtesy car
They claimed to be from Enterprise Car Rental, asking about the status of my car repairs. It was all very strange. They mentioned difficulties with my insurer and asked for details. It didn’t seem legitimate.
