전문가 의견
Beware of unsolicited energy‑savings calls that claim to act for your supplier. Under data‑protection law, callers must have a lawful basis before requesting personal details, and you are not obliged to share them with unknown numbers. Ask for the company’s full name, registration number and a callback line, then verify on the official website before confirming any account information. If the call persists, request removal from their marketing list in writing and use your handset’s call‑blocking feature. Report repeated harassment to the Information Commissioner’s Office and to Action Fraud, keeping a log of dates and content. Maintaining verification and record‑keeping reduces risk.

harassment reported
Love Energy Savings appeared as spam on my phone, but when I answered, it turned out to be them. We’ve used their service to switch suppliers before. They’re a genuine company, providing a professional and friendly service, unlike some competitors.
