Ekspertvurdering
The number +441173724222 is associated with persistent and aggressive cold calls from a company purporting to be Orange Planet, focusing on PPI (Payment Protection Insurance) claims. The callers often follow a script, disregarding the recipient's disinterest, and in several instances, become verbally abusive when challenged. Multiple users report being harassed with repeated calls, even after explicitly asking the company to stop. The callers frequently request personal details, which raises significant privacy and security concerns. Despite numerous complaints and blocks, the calls persist, suggesting a lack of regulatory action against this operation. Users are advised to block the number and avoid engaging with the callers to prevent further harassment. The behaviour of the operatives, described as rude and pushy, further underscores the predatory nature of these calls.
