A woman called me, her voice was pleasant, she claimed to offer financial assistance to Ukrainians during wartime and asked for my postal code and full name, after which she revealed my place of residence, I'm worried this is a fraud scheme and request it to be stopped

Authorities shoud track the location of scammers by geolocation signal, aparently they are completly careless, Why such inactiviy????
