- +31 20 201 2901 (020 201 2901)

This is apparently a PayPal representative who contacted me regarding an outstanding balance, which has now been resolved; they also removed a phone number from my account that I didn't recognize

Paypal's attempts to notify me of a negative account balance, while appreciated, became excessively annoying due to the high volume of daily calls.

Although it's supposedly Paypal, the calls are still spam; they keep calling at least 5 times a day, even though I have a negative balance for something I never received and am trying to resolve it myself.
