Confirmed, this is indeed PayPal. They left a voicemail about a negative balance. Didn't call back, just handled it through the app. A completely legitimate call

Paypal is trying to inform you about a negitve balans, asking for verfication of your bank and email adress is tottaly normall, after the call i recieved a confirmation email from paypal
