I got a robocall from someone named Jessica Banner, talkin about student loan changes, but I'm retired and never had a student loan

Interestingly, the reference number provided to me was the same, and after requesting to be removed from the list, David hung up on me twice before I decided to block the number

Despite my requests to be removed from their list, as I have no outstanding loans, the representative, David, hung up on me not once, but twice. As a result, I have blocked this number from my phone.

A scam call was received from 'Jessica Banner' of the 'processing department', claiming that there were changes to repayment options for a nonexistent student loan

Apparently, a person claiming to be Jessica Banner from the processing department contacted me regarding changes to my student loan repayment options, but the call didnt originate from this number, they left it as a callback number tho.

I had recieved this scam call befor, probaly from a call center in India, they dont care about removing you from their list, so you might as well waste their time.

A voicemail was left by a person claiming to be 'Jessica Banner' from the 'processing department' of a student loan provider, asking me to call back to 949-447-5846, but the number they called from was 1-900-999-9999, which appears to be a scam.

Every day, I'm subjected to a harassing scam call.

The calls are made every evening at the same time. The caller claims to be Jessica Banner and states that she is with student loans, referencing a specific account number. This is a company phone number, and when i call back, they hang up on me. These are clearly fraudent callers!

This is clearly a scam, as evidenced by the voicemail left by Jessica Banner, which, upon further investigation, revealed a complex web of deception involving multiple numbers and representatives.

A call from the 'Processing Department' regarding student loans is a clear indication of a scam.

I'am geting tired of these scam calls about student loans, it seems like Melissa and Jessica are the same person, using diferent phone numbers to bother me...Please stop calling me!!

Given my awareness of scams, I decided to have some fun and called back from my iPhone, eventually speaking to a man claiming to be an assistant, to whom I expressed my distaste for their illicit activities.

Today, a spam call was recieved from this number regarding student loan forgivness.

I've received multiple messages from this number claiming that I have a student loan that needs to be forgiven, despite not having any such loan, and they provide a reference number when I call back.
