Yesterday afternoon, a call from 866‑564‑2262 showed Jpmorgan Chase on my caller ID. The call uses a spoofed number that imitates Chase’s fraud‑alert line, often with a heavy accent and a claim to lower interest rates or verify suspicious charges. Callers usually ask for the last four of a Social Security number, card expiration dates, or full account details—information legitimate Chase reps never request over the phone without a secure verification step. If you get such a call, let it go to voicemail, hang up, and contact Chase directly using the number on the back of your card or the official website. Never share personal data, and consider reporting the incident to the FTC or your telecom provider.

The person had bad english, probabaly from India, he wanted to offer me a lower interest rate, but I told him I dont have any debt, and he hung up

A caller claimed to possess my personal information and offered to lower my credit card interest rates, but when I expressed discomfort in sharing information over the phone, they insisted they already had it, which raised suspicions of a scam.
Following a call from a person with a thick accent, I was informed that my credit card rates could be lowered due to my reliable payment history; however, upon refusing to provide information, the caller abruptly ended the conversation.
Apparently, recieved a call from a number that claimed to be Chase bank, but sounds like a scam to me, hung up immediatly.
Obviously, this is a scam recomendation, I dont have a Chase acount and they claim to lower credit card rate which is totaly false, interes rates are actuallly going up
The person on the phone demanded I listen to them for 5 minutes, claiming it wasn't a sales call, but became angry when I refused and told them I was on the do-not-call list.

After this number called and didn't leave a message, calling back revealed it was a spoofed number allegedly from Chase credit card services, which denied making the call.

A call was answered and the person just hung up, seems like a fraud/spam call, even though it said Jpmorgan Chase on the caller ID
When this number called, I allowed my machine to answer, and the caller hung up without leaving a message, a pattern consistent with scam calls.
They claimed they were going to lower my interest rate, but then they started asking me personal questions

It sounds like a busy call center in the Philipines, they ask shady questions without telling you who they are, thats suspisous.
Be cautious with this number, it's indicated as âCard Servicesâ but they wont disclose wich card, the purpose is supposedly to reduce your interest rates, i hunged up immediatly
