Is that FedEx calling? Spot the scam signs! - +1 866-504-9748 ((866) 504-9748)

Γνώμη ειδικού
Imagine your phone lights up with a FedEx‑branded caller ID, but the voice sounds garbled and the script pushes a "save money" pitch. That pattern matches a classic spoofed scam where attackers mimic a trusted brand to harvest account details. Hang up before sharing any numbers, and verify the call by calling the official FedEx customer service line you find on their website. Block the offending number in your phone system and report it to the FTC’s complaint portal. Keep a log of suspicious caller IDs and share it with colleagues so the whole team stays alert to fake"FedEx" attempts.

Over the last two weeks, I've received calls from someone claiming to be from FedEx, but the call quality and behavior suggest spoofing, especially since the actual FedEx number is displayed as the caller ID.
