专家点评
Ever wonder why that unknown toll‑free number keeps ringing? Most callers from +1‑866‑465‑3710 appear to be debt‑collection agents, often identified as Allied Interstate. They typically ask for personal details, claim you owe a past bill, and rarely leave a voicemail. Never share personal data until you receive a written validation notice. Record each call, use a call‑blocking app, and request that they mail proof of the debt to your address. If they cannot provide verifiable documentation, you can report the harassment to the FTC, your state attorney general, and consider filing a complaint under the FDCPA. Protect your privacy and stay calm when the call comes in.

Scammers often use heavy accents and claim to collect debts. If they can't provide valid information about the debt, it's likely a scam. Legitimate companies typically send bills by mail, so the absence of such documentation is a red flag.
