Názor odborníka
Recent call logs show a surge of inbound calls from +18557077328 identified as a Spectrum‑related service. The caller typically claims to be notifying about internet or cable outages, confirming appointments, or offering to restore service. While many of these alerts appear genuine, the pattern of unsolicited outreach can still catch users off guard. Verify the purpose by checking your account portal or contacting the provider’s official number before sharing personal details. Do not click unknown links or provide payment info over the phone. If the call seems irrelevant, consider blocking the number or adding it to a “do not disturb” list. Staying cautious helps keep your data safe.

An email was received from Spectrum, but the associated phone number did not belong to them. The email seemed odd, particularly the claim that someone had changed my phone number, and it advised calling to confirm if the change was not made by me.
Someone claimed my Spectrum payments were overdue and requested me to sign into a linked site to make a payment

My bank account was targeted with three fake charges exceeding $3,000, allegedly from Spectrum, a company I had no prior knowledge of.
Due to the fact that I got a call from this number, I let it go to voicemail, where I found an automated message saying that Spectrum would be at my home on monday at 9:30 am, and that I should call if I had any quesitons, but I didnt schedule a call, and Ive been recieving texts from random five digit numbers saying my appointment is confimed. When I checked the number online, I found this information, now Ive blocked these numbers and recorded this number for futer reference to complain about it.

A suspicious email was received, claiming to be from Spectrum, stating that an iPhone 13 pro order was on its way. The email included a phone number, 855-707-7328, which was called, but the conversation was cut short due to the iPhone making crackling noises.
