They call me 2x daily, my phone dont ring when they call but they can leave a voice mail without showing anything on caller id, dont know how they can do that, the message is unintelligible with static background

Ally Financial, a large company, has been making multiple calls despite arrangements being made, highlighting a need for improved customer service and communication between representatives.
The call kept saying please hold while they conect me to a representitive, but after several atemps, they said they couldnt conect me and gave me a diferent number to call, which i didnt bother to memorize.
These people are calling twice per month, asking for someone by name who aparently owes $184.47 on their car.
