This call seemed suspicious, as the caller had a thick accent and was speaking from a noisy background, which suggested a call center environment. The person claimed to be searching for an employee who does not work in our office, and I was wary of their intentions. Although I obtained the caller's number from the caller ID, the callback number provided belonged to a personal injury law firm in Georgia, raising further suspicions. I refused to provide any employee's phone or email, given the dubious nature of the call.
