Asiantuntijan arvio
Watch out for calls claiming to be FedEx from +18004633339. Most recipients report the number being used for delivery notifications, but a sizable share describe spoofed or scam tactics, like fake customs fees or credential grabs. Treat any request for payment, personal data, or a callback to a different number with suspicion. Verify the shipment directly on the carrier’s official website or by calling the known customer‑service line, not the inbound caller. If the call is unexpected, let it go to voicemail and listen for a recorded message that includes a reference number you can cross‑check. Blocking the number can reduce future nuisance, but keep an eye on your package status through trusted channels.

Upon receiving an automated shipping message purportedly from FedEx, I noticed that the caller ID displayed 'unknown caller' instead of the expected 'FedEx'. However, the voicemail message contained the standard information, including delivery date, time range, and tracking number.

A call was received from this number, but it was not answered; a callback resulted in a busy signal, and although a voicemail was left, it was in Chinese, with the only recognizable word being FedEx, leading me to suspect a scam.
