A recording from someone claiming to be Joseph T Matthew instructed me to contact CVS regarding a prescription, which I ignored, as it's concerning how they obtained my personal info.
This suspicious call began with the scammer addressing me by name, attempting to gain my trust. However, when they requested my birth year and I verbally provided it, they claimed not to understand and asked me to use the keypad instead. At this point, I terminated the call. Notably, my Google Pixel phone had already flagged this as a potential scam.

They claimed I had an overdue medication refill, which was incorrect, and they even asked for my birth year after addressing me by name.
Apparently, several chain stores, including Target and Kroger, have pharmacies affiliated with CVS Caremark, possibly along with Walmart and others.
They said i had some prescriptions to pick up, but i dont even use CVS for that.
After making a purchase at CVS last week, I recieved a call today, and the person on the phone addressed me by name and knew the name of one of my prescriptions, informing me that my refill was overdue.
It's puzzling how they obtained my name, considering I am not a customer of CVS Caremark, and this is the second time they've called me from 855-708-3581.
