Bottom line: the majority of these reports point to a telemarketing operation masquerading as "card services" and repeatedly using the Triple V identifier. Callers typically drop a vague pitch about lowering credit‑card rates, then hang up or leave no voicemail, prompting users to block the number. To protect yourself, let unknown calls go to voicemail, register your line with the National Do Not Call Registry, and use carrier‑provided spam‑blocking tools. If a call asks for personal info or payment, hang up immediately and report it to the FTC. Consistently blocking and reporting these robocalls can reduce future nuisance.

If they dont leave a message, they dont get my buisness. I ignored the call and blocked the number now.
Upon checking the caller ID, it only displayed "Salt Lake Ci UT", which is unfamiliar since there are no known contacts in Salt Lake City, and Utah hasn't been visited in over four decades. Fortunately, the number has been blocked to prevent future disturbances.
It is advisable to block and report this call, as the answering message is likely a ploy to exploit those with good credit.
The caller ID displayed Triple V, and it seemed to be a robocall service, which I subsequently ignored.
There was no voicemail left
A robocall from this number claimed to be from Jessica, offering to reduce my interest rate, a common scam tactic.
