The current holder of that number has informed me of these calls. After trying to return the call, I received a message stating that the call could not be completed. I've emailed J.D. Powers and the Ed Jones offices to verify the legitimacy of these calls, related to a potential check I'm awaiting from Ed Jones, but have yet to receive a response.
When I answered the phone, ther was no one on the other end, it was a bit strange.
