We have a polisy of not answering calles that say unknown or unavalible, if a buisness can't be bothered to identifie themselves, then we don't bother with them, that's what caller ID is for, and since our number is on the no cal list, we've recieved alot fewer unwanted calles
Apparently, this number is associated with threatening collection calls, which is concerning since we didn't anticipate financial troubles and our account has been sold and resold multiple times.
